Web hosting support:

We do not host the website in our own server, we help our clients to find the best web hosting provider by doing market research and client's needs. If you have any issues with hosting provider, we can certainly help with that by contacting the provider and seek for quick resolution. As it is out of our control, we are unable to provide exact time it can take to resolve. We will help our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Web design and Maintenance support:

 We always aim to provide excellent and top service to our clients. To ensure the quality of services, we have experienced team to resolve any website related issues e.g. content update, designing and graphical issues. Please contact us if any technical issue arises, we will solve it as soon as possible.

 Networking issues:

If we design and build a network for your company, we provide a few months technical support as per contract. Any technical issues between this period will be raised to our technical support staff. We are more than happy to provide you free technical support over the phone or by sending tech out. Hardware issues does not cover with our free support, if you have any issues with hardware, you have to pay the replacement cost or organised replacement through warranty procedures.We do not take any responsibility for hardware break down and any other peripheral issues.
